Preparation for E-Bike Pickup or Delivery

• Photo ID: Required for verification, must be 16 years of age.
• Helmet: We will provide a helmet for each rider.
• Comfortable Clothing: Dress appropriately for the weather and activity.
• Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during your ride.
• Phone and Charger: For navigation, emergencies, or contacting us if needed.
• Familiarize with Routes: Plan your ride in advance using our provided maps or apps.
• Waiver: For each rider, complete and sign the waiver form prior to arrival. We’ll have one available for each rider.
• Lock: Each bike comes with a cable lock for secure parking during your public breaks.
